Crimes against children.....

  • Crime against children increased by 3.8% nationally (14,975 cases in 2010 from 14,423 in 2009).
  • Child rape increased by 13.7% (4,026 cases from 3,542 in 2008); Madhya Pradesh reported the highest number (870) followed by Maharashtra (634).Together they accounted for 37.3% of rape cases.
  • Delhi tops a list of 35 Indian cities on crime against children (852 cases of violence against children in 2005, 27% of all cases) followed by Indore (448), Pune (314) and Mumbai (303).
  • 1,327 children were reported murdered in 2009 up from 1,304 in 2006 (an increase of 1.8%).Uttar Pradesh reported the highest number (390) accounting for 29.4% of cases.
  • Nearly 45,000 children go missing every year; more than 11,000 are never traced.
  • 3,518 children were kidnapped in 2009 (301 from Delhi, 3,196 in 2006, 2,571 in 2007).
Children who form 42% of the India’s population are at risk on the streets, at their workplace and even inside their own homes. There has been a 40% increase in intra-state migration in the last 10 years.

According to the study conducted by NGO Shakti Vahini in 2006, 378 of the 593 districts in India are affected by human trafficking the children being the most affected. They are easy prey for traffickers who lure them from villages with the promise of employment. The street children are perceived as vagrants by the police and with no legal safeguards to protect them violence and exploitation are daily routine for them. India has the largest number of street children in the world. In 2001 it was estimated that there are 100,000 to 125,000 street children each in Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi with 45,000 in Bangalore.
In terms of budget allocation 4.91% of Union Budget 2004-05 has been allocated for health, education, development and protection of children. The share of resources for child protection is minuscule-0.034%.Child protection has never figured in any planning document so far.
There are several laws but the problem is with the implementation. The Central Monitoring Commission which is supposed to monitor crime against children under the Juvenile Justice Act was amended in 2000.This committee has not met even once since the amendment. The Act stated that every police station should have a juvenile police unit but this is still not being followed. The offences against children bill which provides protection against sexual abuse also awaits cabinet nod.
According to child rights activitists to avoid crimes against children it is important to have community level child protection mechanisms like community watch dogs and committees for child protection, child welfare and anti-trafficking. These will create an interface between communities and state/district mechanisms. These can also monitor vulnerable children in communities and provide a base where people can report and address issues like abuse, exploitation and neglect. Creating spaces within communities and schools so that children can report offences against them can be also done. To overcome lack of awareness about child protection laws the information dissemination is important.

Feeling lonely......

I was lonely because of her, but I do not blame her for my loneliness. Having her for almost two years is the greatest thing that happened to my life (for now, I think). She taught me how to be a responsible man for the things that I am not. She taught me how to read very very long novels and specially graphic novels. She taught me many things that if I one-by-one them, a year is not enough. She is a big loss to me but then again, they said, life must go on.................

Love vs Friendship

What is the difference between friendship and love? This question has always been in the minds of people for centuries. Though a definite answer cannot be given for this question, one can come across some differences between the two.
Love and friendship are so much related, that one cannot find any difference between the two.
When love can be termed as a sacrifice, friendship can be termed as a trust. Love is a feeling that is uncontrollable, and a feeling which one has for another person. On the other hand, friendship is quite different from love in this aspect.
Love is a feeling between two individuals, and only two persons are involved. On the contrary, friendship involves more individuals. One can have many friends, but a person can only have one person to love.
In love, there is great attachment for the other. Most of the time an individual gets hurt if his loved one is pained or hurt. This attachment may not be seen in friendship.
Regarding the emotions, individuals in love will experience a faster heartbeat when they meet. This is not so when friends meet. There is no way that one will lie awake and think of his friends for a whole night, but lovers will have sleepless nights, and dream about their lovers. The lovers even sleep and wake up with the thoughts of his or her lover.
Another difference that can be seen, is that in love, some physical element is also involved between individuals. On the other hand, there is no such physical element involved in friendship.
In regards to love, persons always share the same thoughts and interests, but friends always share the same interests.
Summary:
1. Love can be termed as a sacrifice; friendship can be termed as a trust.
2. One can have many friends, but a person can only have one person to love.
3. An individual can get hurt if his loved one is pained or hurt. This attachment may not be seen in friendship.
4. There is no chance that one will lie awake and think of his friends for a whole night, but lovers will have sleepless nights, and dream about their lovers. The lovers even sleep and wake up with the thoughts of his or her lover.
5. In regards to love, some physical element is also involved between individuals. On the other hand, there is no such physical element involved in friendship.

SONG comes out from pain

I Remember
I remember
The promise you made
You said you'd always be there
How you failed
I remember
The times we shared
The smile I put on
How unreal it was
I remember
The feeling of pain
Of loneliness I kept down deep
How the tears would fall
I remember
The time you left
Sayin' I was a mistake
How my heart stopped
I remember
The times I prayed
Wishing you'd come back
How foolish it was
I remember
The day you came back
And this time will be different
How you promise me
But I remember
The promises you've make and broken
I remember

" A GIRL in my life"

I miss you...
but you can never miss me...
I call you...
but you ignored my call..
Even if i try to send a message...
you can never reply...
I care for you as a special someone...
but you didn't appreciate my effort...
I love you.. but you love me as a friend...
I'am your ...
to answer your problem...
but you are not success...
Until I fall for you...
I am your servant...
to your greatest dream...
Even if it is hurt me...
and now... I decided to tell you the truth...
but you reject me...
Its hard to move-on...
but i understand you...
I Feel your loneliness...
but a lot of sadness you made me...
I can help you...
but you can't help me anymore...
Even if i try to sacrifice every things for you...
You've never given me a chance to say that i love you...
because you love someone...
I need you...
but you can never be my gal...
Co'z your hearts falling to someone...
I love you so much...
Even if you didn't love me back...
I'm happy if you are happy with the boy that you love...
But deep inside my heart is crying...
because I'm jealous...
You are the best gal when all i met...
I love you until now...
but I'm scared to hurts again...
You are always beautiful to my eyes...
Even if someone reject you...
I love you……
you are always in my mind...

Alfonso Fontanelli - The complete MadrigalS

Alfonso Fontanelli (1557–1622) was a prominent musician and courtier in the Ferrarese court establishment during its great flowering in the last decades of the sixteenth century, where his colleagues included Luzzaschi, Wert, and Monteverdi. He went on to become and important figure in the musical worlds of Florence and Rome in the early seventeenth century. Fontanelli is consistently numbered among the most eminent composers of the time—in the first decade of the seventeenth century alone by the musicians Jacopo Peri, Giovanni Del Turco, Giulio Cesare Monteverdi, Marco da Gagliano, and Adriano Banchieri. Such praise lasts at least until mid-century, as expressed by Marco Scacchi in 1649. Modern scholars since Alfred Einstein’s pioneering monograph of 1949 have agreed with the earlier assessment. The present edition will finally make this exquisite music (da Gagliano’s phrase) generally available to modern scholars and performers.
Einstein, in The Italian Madrigal, called Fontanelli “Gesualdo’s harmonious and well-balanced counterpart” and “perhaps more gifted” than any of the noblemen-composers of madrigals at the end of the century—that number includes Striggio, Gesualdo, and Del Turco. Unlike Gesualdo, however, Fontanelli was conflicted about exercising his musical gifts, worrying that it was an unseemly activity for a nobleman, and he seems to have renounced even anonymous publication once his career as a courtier and statesman was well-established. In any case, no compositions of his are known to survive from later than the Second Book of 1604, although he died in 1622.

LOVE

Most people think that Love is just a feeling, but really the feeling is just the perk. Love is a choice.  It doesn't come easy; you have to work for it. The feelings may not always be there, but then again, love isn't exactly a feeling, now is it?
When you chose to love someone, you are making a commitment that should not be taken lightly. If you are choosing to love someone, you need to stick to with it, even through the hard times.(and they do get hard)
Love is about giving and taking. Both contribute to the relationship. Sharing each others burdens and joys, even when you don't feel like it ( feelings should not be the focus!). It's working to better and fulfill the other person, rather than just get what you want.
I'm not trying to say that if you have the feelings or whatever that its not real. But think about it: Most people today think that if they don't feel it all the time then they don't love eachother anymore.(and then there are the extremely shallow people who just "play the game" and  go through the motions and say the words to get what they want, but never mean them; and if you are one of those people, I hate you.)
Love is awesome.But like I said, It's not easy;
It wouldn't be worth as much if it was as easy as just a feeling.

How To Make ChoClate By Hand.........

Making homemade chocolate is a truly wonderful and fun experience. It can be the most delicious chocolate you ever had, and it is fun to make. Chocolate is a delicious dessert that many people enjoy. A great thing about chocolate is that it is versatile. You can put in on many things, and serve it with almost anything. There are many different kinds, and each offers a unique flavor. In this article, we will be making real, pure chocolate, which many consider to be bitter. This kind of chocolate is said to taste bad and it is rich with antioxidants, which keep your immune system up and ready.

  • 1 lb. of raw cocoa beans (you can find these online or at a farmer's market)or cocoa powder.
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • Additional flavouring (mint)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 650ml of milk

           1.   Roast the raw cocoa beans. Put a single layer of beans on a cookie sheet.Roast them for about 30 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Let the beans cool, and pull the husks off. Discard of the husks or add them to a compost pile

Semicon Process Equipment

Wet Chemical Process Equipment Clean, Etch, Strip and Plating

2   Break up the beans. This can be done with a hammer and washcloth, or you can use a mortar and pestle. When they are in pieces, grind them in a clean pepper grinder, or continue using the mortar.

  • It is suggested you use a pepper grinder for the second phase of grinding as it gets harder to use a mortar as the pieces get small. It is possible, however, to make the pieces smaller with a mortar.

     3.     When the pieces of bean are small, continue mashing with the mortar and pestle. By this point the beans will have turned into a brown mush. It may look good, but it tastes very bitter

4 .       Heat a large pan of water until it is hot, but not boiling. Transfer the cocoa bean paste to a smaller pan. Place the smaller pan in the pan of hot water. When the paste is heated, but not cooking, transfer the paste back into the bowl and continue to work with the mortar. Continue to use the mortar on the paste until it is of a smooth consistency.

  1. 5
Add the sugar and the milk or half and half and vanilla, if you decide to use any flavoring. When the sugar and flavorings are mixed in, pour the chocolate into molds, or a large pan that you can cut into small bars. Let the chocolate cool and harden. This can be done a room temperature, or in the fridge covered by foil.

World's Most Expensive Cars.....

World's Most Expensive Cars
What is the most expensive car in the world? The 1931 Bugatti Royale Kellner Coupe was sold for $8,700,000 in 1987. However, that car and many alike will not be included in this list because it is not available on the market today. It is hard to imagine someone would actually spend 8 million dollars on a car instead of using it for something more productive. However, if you have the money and the opportunity, you will definitely spend a small fraction of it to place a few of these supercars in your garage. Here are the 10 most expensive production cars on the market.
1. Bugatti Veyron $1,700,000. This is by far the most expensive street legal car available on the market today. It is the fastest accelerating car reaching 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. It claims to be the fastest car with a top speed of 253 mph+. However, the title for the fastest car goes to the SSC Ultimate Aero which exceed 253 mph pushing this car to 2nd place for the fastest car.
